NEMT business startup consulting.
Stage the launch with one or two properly insured, inspected and reliable vehicles. Validate contracts and trip demand before you buy a fleet.

Revenue channels for NEMT in Arizona
- AHCCCS fee-for-service: eligible authorized transportation under PT 28 enrollment, mandatory training, driver and vehicle compliance, trip records and billing rules.
- AHCCCS managed care: trips through health plans and transportation networks, requiring credentialing, dispatch integration and clean claims.
- Facility contracts: dialysis, behavioral health, rehabilitation, senior and residential programs.
Insurance and vehicles
Ordinary personal auto insurance is not sufficient for passenger transportation. Driver qualification files, vehicle inspections, trip logs and signatures are what a payer review checks first.
Medical courier is a separate business
Specimen, pharmacy and supply delivery runs on lab, pharmacy and hospital contracts with chain-of-custody, privacy and bloodborne-pathogen controls. Medical courier authority does not authorize passenger transportation.
