What we collect
When you request a strategy call we collect the details you enter: name, email, optional phone, operating state, business model, stage, launch timeframe, budget range, package of interest, your message, and the packages or services in your request, and whether an introductory offer applies. If you unlock the introductory discount, we collect your name and email, record your offer code, and email it to you. We also record how you found us (referring page and campaign tags) and your IP address for spam protection.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, any client, patient or resident health information.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule your call, prepare a proposal and honor any offer recorded with your request. If you separately opt in to marketing, we may send occasional planning guides; you can unsubscribe at any time. Accepting an offer never opts you in to marketing.
Cookies and storage
The site uses a session cookie to verify introductory-offer eligibility and your browser’s session storage to remember your package and offer while you browse. Both end with your browsing session. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Sharing
Your request is delivered by email through our hosting and email provider. We do not sell your information.
